Returns

As with all fishing equipment sold, not being able to catch your target fish is not a valid reason for a return.

We do not accept returns. However, If product has arrived to you defective and has not touched the water, we will grant a full refund once the product is returned, and we will not charge a restocking fee. If your return request is not caused by any defects on our behalf, and if approved, you will be charged a $20 restocking fee. In other select situations, we will offer a gift card. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or a gift card is granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
