Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free domestic shipping via UPS. With our free domestic shipping option, buyer will receive item within 2-3 business days after shipped. Other UPS domestic shipping methods are: 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air at buyer’s cost.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UPS Worldwide Shipping, typically arrives within 1-5 days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tankmatez.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
Please note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please always use your residential address upon checkout.
